The email address, as typed here, is the correct address to contact Support and report Team Killers - they have a log. Althgough I don't know what you meant by "that didn't work," so all I can suggest is that you continue to report future instances of TK to the support email address <support@mwomercs.com> with the offending player's name, the time your match started (time, date and timezone), the map, and any notable texts that got sent in-game.
Also, retaliating against a Team Killer is still very unsportsmanlike, even if they're "known" as one of ill-repute.

I clicked the link on the support section. I will try it as an email address. Thanks.

Example: I was in a match with my 4-man group and a misc 4-man pug group. We roflstomped the other team except for 1 unit which went and powered-down/hid somewhere so we started to cap. One of the pugs in a Commando as he was walking up behind the rest of us for some reason decided to fire his lasers. Not sure why as there were no enemy targets around ... best I can figure is he was being a goof and was trying to shoot the base structure ... missed ... and hit one of the 'Phracts in the back and killed him. The other two guys on the squad in retaliation turned around and immediately vaporized him.
Was it an accident? I don't know. The game ended immediately after so couldn't do in game chat to find out (we REALLY need to be able to do in game chat for like a minute or so after the match).
Was the TK (either of them) justified? Maybe, maybe not. But the point is how are the devs to know the details like this? They can't. So it would be really difficult to pass judgement on things like this.

Really? I understand the point here. It's about containing chaos; but do you really expect the players to just tolerate being shot? That's entirely unrealistic.

Ture, but in this case it was intentional. They were tolded to stop shooting. In addtion, when given a heads up that is evidence,of the behaver, they continued.

Send them an Email at Support@mwomercs.com.
Basically upload the footage to youtube or the like, then send them the link.

- Nearly all of the TKers are accidental ones... they were just distracted or something (or you just walked in front of them). This includes that fool of a gausscat that shot me in the back (was in front of him for an entire minute), and me shooting someone because I was trying to get in the right window (click - shoot). Hey, fecal matter happens! Most people complaining about TKers merely had a too intimate encounter with one of these.
- The real TKers are rare and they do that for the lulz. They often shoot you right in the beginning, instead of waiting (boring!). The real troll ones are those that would TK in the middle of the match... very difficult to identify and even more to prove.
So... retaliating is often a bad idea. If the other person only shot accidentally and you kill them, then you (yes you!) are the shameless TKer.
Suspect that X is a TKer? Report them. It may or may not do anything to X, but only a repeat offender would have their name in the black list.

Just had a team fight was better than go vs the enemy and get slaughtered by no backup.

I agree this is unrealistic and naive - if not straight out insulting. If we knew there was punishment awaiting TK pilots we wouldn't have to self govern the battlefield. Since we see nothing happening and familiar names keep popping up it would seem there is little to fear from TKíng - hence pilots defend themselves. Let's put our efforts into the unsportsmanlike TK'ers first shall we? Make certain they are openly chastised for their crap.

- Actively firing on teammates. I let them get about one "I'm A Moron" shot and then proceed to core them out of existence.
- AFK running. It's a little hard to tell, but if a mech hasn't moved inside of the first thirty or so second, I usually strip them to the bone and then core them. It's about the only way I can actively punish AFK farmers that hurt the team. If they start playing after I peg them, then so be it.
- Reporting intel over global to the enemy team. Had a commando do this yesterday: started giving loadout data to the enemy team. I legged him and then castrated his mech before coring him. Had the nerve to cry about TKing and reporting me. I said, "Bring it."
So keep your nose clean, OP, report those that wantonly TK and grief people, and don't be afraid to take the 15K CB + 150xp hit for curb-stomping a dumb ************* out of existence - especially when doing so might end up saving your team.
