So I get about 4-18 fps every game no matter what. I have friends in my clan with what appear to be similar rigs getting above 30fps non-stop... even a few with 60 fps, WTH.

Specs below what should I upgrade? obviously my CPU but IDK wth is wrong I can run other games just fine 45+ fps @ 1920x1080 and this game wont run (even crappily) @ 1024x768 lower than low (with cfg).

UGH! I love this game so much I want to play it but I can't justify loading it to get only 10 fps in a brawl!

well to be un-geeky about the specs i can post my rig and my Jan upgrades in simpler terms.

CURRENT:

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition (OCed 3.4 GHZ)
GPU - XFX Radeon HD7770 1GB Ultra Overclock Edition 1120Mhz
RAM - PQi 4GB DDR2 666 (2x2 sticks)
PSU - 850 Watt Thermaltake Black Window
HDD - WD 1TB Cavier Black Internal
Mobo - Foxconn M61PMV

January Update:

CPU - AMD FX-8350 8-Core 4.0ghz
GPU - XFX Radeon HD7770 1GB Ultra Overclock Edition 1120Mhz
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1600 (2x4 sticks)
PSU - 850 Watt Thermaltake Black Window
HDD - SAMSUNG 830 Series 256GB Internal Solid State Drive (strictly for STEAM and game installs)
MoBo- Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

So are there an foreseeable problems with what's in my shopping cart at newegg ;)

^^^Too much data. A windows system info report or direct x report would have worked and been easier to figure out.

You have a dual core processor? Apparently, this game doesn't work well with dual core yet. The code hasn't been optimized (I have a quad core). Also, how much RAM do you have?

Beyond technical specs, have you ever tried deleting the user config folder for the game? Maybe old files or configurations (from previous patches) are causing problems. If you let the game rebuild them, maybe it will clean it up. Also, you can try to clean up your OS and see if you have too many background programs or services running that might be causing problems.

You wanna put that bridge of text into a [spoiler] command?

Edit: Obviously the exact thing that you need to upgrade is this:
"RAS# Precharge (tRP) 5"

5 is just way too low...

I have a decent quad core 8 gigs of ram and a solid GPU. And this latch patch still makes my rig cry at times.

According to the rec specs I should be able to probably play this game on Max with 0 fps issues.

Not be running a mix of med, and high settings, at 1080p and only get 20 to 35 fps.

Honestly, this game hates computers in general. I'm going to go get a cheap copy of Crysis 2, just to see if it's the engine, or some serious incompetence on the dev side of things.

KylleX, your CPU is below the minimum requirements.

this is odd. everyone is always posting they have FPS problems. the ONLY problem i have ever had is fluctuating FPS (30-60) along with fluctuating GPU load. i feel as though ive been graced and never had an issue. but yes, dual core is your problem.

Yep. Its the CPU.

You have a good vid card, 4gb of ram (if I read right, 2x2gb) ...but the CPU is OLD.

Right now your CPU performs worse than a single core celeron processor..and that is scraping the bottom of the barrel of what's relatively mid-range today.

You'll know it when it happens. There's also the lovely memory leak issue the game has too every so often. And your FPS drops to an amazing 7 fps.

If your mobo supports a phenom II, get a phenom II quad core.
