Has anyone got the list of upcoming modules? I saw it and there were at least a couple I was interested in, including one which makes disappear off sensors quicker when enemy loses LOS to you...

I have to say, those that degrade opponents sensors and things will be better, as they effect 8 mechs as mini nerfs while the current modules are all single buffs.

I got the sensor range and 360 module.
360 is useful for destroying light mechs that do the run around.
sensor range is useful if you are a light mech

Zoom desperately needs a resolution fix.

Haven't tried 360 degree sensor module.

Haven't tried sensor range module.

Capture module works ok.

Target info module is nice, and can be a source of timely data in a high-speed firefight. Sometimes, knowing what a mech is packing or where it is vulnerable can be the difference between a kill or a death.

Only tried zoom, capture module, and target info so far, and all in Closed Beta. The C-Bill/GXP costs are too prohibitive for me to commit to any of the modules right now. I'm gonna hold on to my GXP so when they start releasing things like multi-target and off-map artillery modules I'll be able to unlock them immediately. As for the C-Bill cost, I'm still working on building up my mech stables, so I just can't afford them (and won't be able to for quite a long time yet).

Where's the "none" option?

I said advanced zoom, but that's based on it working better in the future.

FIX the ****** zoom, please, someone. Looks terrible. It doesn't look something you should pay as three Gauss Rifles for. It's just a 5 cents magnifying glass. I could simply get closer to the screen to see that :)

I have all but advanced zoom. The only one I can tell a difference with is the capture accelerator. I assume that the long range sensor is working, but I just don't see a difference. Target lock seems to be at about the same range as before.

360 sensor actually seems to slow down my lock on times.

Sensor range = obsolete when ECM comes in.

Target Info Speed-Utter trash. Do people even look at the top right in this game? I almost never do and when I do, a faster info display wouldn't change anything. 99% of players probably don't even know there's a box up there. People that do use the box aren't going to feel that fights are made any different by having it pop up slightly sooner. Like the Advanced Zoom, stay away from this one. It's 10k right down the toilet. My advice? Go with a different module. I wouldn't ever consider this or the zoom unless they were the last 2 options to be purchased and the module cap didn't exist. It's a "last choice on Earth" type deal with these 2.

Then you are playing badly,

You should always have your target selected and you should be aiming to shoot the same part of a mech that is already damaged.

Knowing an enemy mechs already weakened point allows you to turn it to slag that much faster.

Really? What are you piloting? Atlas?
For me as a light pilot - especially in a commando - it would have made the difference of live and death more then once. Not only when running in an arc and in cover to get to an LRM boat, encountering an cat at/near the supposed position 300m away, running to him and then seeing "omg, its a streak cat" the moment the REAL LRM cat appears around a corner and the first SSRMs are coming to you at 150m.
I could have leisurely turned if i had seen the SSRM the moment I had a lock on the cat.

I also use the zoom module - and you don't have to circle through the modes. That is one of the good points - just hit v and you have full zoom.
Granted, it is more usable in heat mode, but even normal view makes a difference at out-of-sensor ranges. ERPPC or AC2 benefit from it.

Sensor range only one worth getting. I don't see the value in others. They cost too much for what they do.

I'm afraid I agree. ATM, the modules are not really worth the huge cost in GXP and Space Bucks.

The poll should ask which modules we have rather then which we like, since most people have not tried all of them (or even one of them).

ps:
I only have sensor range right now.. think about getting 360deg one, and I would definitely get advanced zoom if it wasn't so crappy.

Only one not worth having (IMO) is advanced zoom.

Of course it was the first one I bought. :)

Luckily for me I spectated someone using it before I got enough to buy it. It's another beginner's trap on this game. They know anyone wanting to snipe or see through their blurry ass maps is going to buy this cheap zoom enhancement first... so they made it extremely blurry and useless.
