Can there be a starting area where people have to qualify to be able to enter a game.
Like learn to turn, not walk into walls, shoot at walls you know basic moving and shooting
I have seen some amazing things lately where i didn't know if i should laugh or cry because they were on my team.
try to offer help and they get all pissy and call you an elitist..

the devs have said they are working on a whole new "new player experience"... they are being a bit cagey on what exactly this entails but it's likely to be something very much along the lines of what you are asking for

Jokes. I agree that a 'training area' of some kind would be really helpful for new players.
