Seriously, I hope Facebook/Twitter is paying you guys, because in a few years they will be the same as those other two social media devices I listed.

Nobody knows what Geocities and Angelfire are... one day, the same fate will befall Twitter and Facebook.

Geocities was bought by Yahoo and now powers Yahoo Business. In fact, I'm currently working with a company that has Yahoo Geocities and looks like it was made in 1992.
I'm more surprised that homestead is still in business. But I digress. RSS feeds are the same thing, but are more versatile in a way. Wonder if they'll ever be used.

One can make the same claim about BattleTech/MechWarrior.
Possible. But Geocities and Angelfire were named because they are web-based social applications, like Twitter and Facebook. BattleTech and Mechwarrior are not only akin to video games, but the lore, novels and such that they've generated in the past.
