Greetings Shield Brothers -

I present to you, my Drakon Jagermech - This works on the firebrand only. But it looks good IMO - also, the FRR are known Jagermech users.
(The flames are the default color... might make them a bit more red eventually though...)Posted Image
FYI - it is inspired by this camo, posted earlier in the tread: http://camospecs.com...erminator_3.jpg

Also, my woodland Raven 4X. (which is actually vagabond... oh well, I already owned it)

Klink - I liked that 2nd Freeman camo you posted - I am thinking of buying the color "Gorm" so I can do it on my catapult. (I already own the rest of the colors/scheme)Posted Image

For authenticity, I might substitute Battleship Grey for the Camo Blue. Then again, Battleship Grey is apparently a premium color, so Camo Blue and Camo Green are fine.

(Quote above refers too the cool woodland camo shown on page 2)

Here is my 3L - which I just got today. IMO, the default paint scheme for the raven is pretty lame, so I went with the woodland camo for real on this one.
Note that I used "Camo Gray" which is a standard color instead "battleship grey" - a premium color. I like it... but since it lacks blue I wonder how many (few) will realize that it is FRR. Probably only people who read this thread haha.

(WOW - I own 20+ 'mechs and this is my first ECM capable 'mech)

Fire and Salt, good job on the Drakons Jagermech. :)

Also, congratulations on your tournament results this past weekend!

If I figure out how to post photos, I need to put up some photos of the tiger stripe patterns I've seen in the 1st Rasalhague Dragonregimente. I saw it on someone's Cataphract and decided I must have it. I think it's a pretty cool use of the flag colors. :)

My Awesomes have the Tiger pattern with Cyanotic blue, Light Camo Blue, and Modro.

You Win FRR camo.

Once CW starts we need a 12 fierbrand FRR team all painted like that. Just yelling cazy viking stuff into mapchat the whole match.

Upload them on http://imgur.com/ (for example) and then use the link they provide for forums

Basically all my mechs follow this colouring. Patterns might differ, but colours are same.Posted Image

I'm going with an obsidian black / zircon colored camo scheme. I hope that it doesn't make me some sort of outcast in the eyes of my FRR brethren.

You stopped the dinosaurs and the aliens, Jeff Goldblum. You'll never be an outcast.

I hope the Project Phoenix Flame Camo looks as cool as Fire and Salt's Drakon Jager. Especially since those are all pretty widely available mechs that could be used by the FRR.

I was only thinking this the other day, the camo's have pretty much all been good so far so I would hope the Phoenix one is of the same high quality. (And looks good in blue!)

I have yet to see how the Victor looks in the game, in a Tiger pattern with different shades of blue, but it looks pretty spiffy in Ironhawk's art!
I'll definitely try this when I get a Victor.

The "INVADE THIS!" written across the shoulders in futhark is my favorite bit. That, and and our unit logo on the upper leg.

I can only get screenshots of my Victor from behind, but I like how it turned out. :)

Similar pattern and colors look pretty good on my Cataphract, too!

So the "Grid Iron" has a football theme?
Here are my proposed colors for the Kungsarme Futbol Club:

Obviously, you'd want an Awesome or Battlemaster as the goalie. :D

If you aren't face hugging clanners with bright pink and yellow mechs you are missing the point of painting your mechs. XD

My unit has opted for Brighteous Blue and Obnoxiousity Orange, but yeah, same mentality. ^_^

Even better when they see their own mechs have received the same treatment...
