Light and fast mechs can walk on water in River City.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Run at top speed and jump into the river.
5. Observe legs running on top of the waterline.

Notes
None Known

Workarounds
None Known: Decrease your buoyancy.

Questions
How often does this issue occur?
Does this occur with a specific mech or any mech?
What are your basic system specs? (CPU, GPU, RAM)

I knew Jenners were godly, but SHEESH :)

I've only run one round today, but it was river city, and I didn't experience this issue.

I get it in Atlas's. So far I only get it as I approach the bridge from the Dam side as I try to go under the bridge. Its as though I am walking up a hill thats not there. It continues to the bank and allows me to walk up the concrete canalisation on the right river bank

This happened to me on my atlas. I had to search for a low spot on the left side of the bridge and barely made it under the bridge.

Same thing for me (except I went from low side to the bridge and I didn't try to go up the bank). I just thought they adjusted the map to keep assaults from going under the bridge.

Happened to me with Jenner and Cat. In fact everyone was walking on water in those matches.

How could you ever tell you were walking on water?
Now that someone pointed out that you couldn't make it under the bridge, I'd like to change my vote from "no" to "yes".

I had thought they lowered the bridge.

Had it yesterday evening on river city map. Coming from the downtown base, wasn't able to cross under the mid-map bridge. Teammates have been affected also.

I've just performed this bug with an Atlas AS7-RS with XL 350 + Speed Tweak. I've already sent them the report.

Yep, wasn't able to get under the low bridge in a Hunchie until I found a low spot, and seemed to have a point in another match where I 'stepped up' while in the water, which seemed like it would be about the water level.

Seems to happen most often when I enter the water from E5 near the bridge. Happened in Cent, Dragon, Commando and Phract.

I thought the water level had been adjusted, as you sort of walk with only a foot or two of water around your ankles. If I walked to the City side and tried to fit under the bridge at the deep point I could. Otherwise though not able to get under bridge in most mechs and could walk out just past Helipad where normally would be too deep.

I definitely noticed this bug in River City in my Catapults. The area under the bridge in particular.
