I just played a frozen city (not the night one yet, psyched to, though!) and I noticed that the snow is SOOO MUCH BETTER! Missiles that hit the ground knock large chunks of snow around which is awesome and when it's snowing, instead of a bunch of little white dots that all fall the same direction and rate, now the snow is like whipped around like it's windy and it's different sizes and directions.
As a skier from Colorado, I approve of these changes. Now if you could only make it snow IRL for me

The game is looking better for sure after this last patch. Seems to be more stable as well.
