There is no word when the beta will be out other then its this summer, and yes, it is going to be F2P. There are already a number of threads that talk about this.

If you can call Hawken a mech game, then it's a Call of Duty Mech game. This thing is like ARMA, then. hahaha.

I've heard that Closed Beta will begin June 15th. We'll see.

Yeah I saw the hawken trailer first but around a week ago I heard about this and looked it up. I like the way this one looks more.
