Cataphract Arm/torso Movement Tweak

* Decreased the horizontal arm movement on the Cataphract's, to avoid clipping the torso cannon
If this was done for artistic reasons and not balance then I suggest increasing the maximum torso twist to restore the lost horizontal movement of the arms. Right now its combat effectiveness is being nerfed for a cosmetic fix if I am reading this right and that is not good.

And the person responsible for idea to nerf CTF arm range for fixing 3D model issue should be fired in no time, maybe along with 3D modeler/animator too.

Yes, the person responsible for fixing the mistake they made initially should be fired. Great logic there.
Cataphracts are 70 ton brawlers. If the only problem the nerf caused was making it harder to hit jenners, then I think we're still good.

And as my hobby was to create 3D models I can tell you they had plenty of time to correct CTF model.
That's why I'm so harsh for the devs.

ok i know these are silly absurd questions.
has this signifantly effected the functionality of the cataphract?
has anyone considered that the error wasn't in the design of the mech and that maybe this is the actual intended motion of the arms?
would any of you have even noticed if they had released it just like it is now from the very start?
i am going to guess no on all three counts.
cataphracts are just as dangerous as they have always been. without this post i would not have even realised they had been "nerfed". how many degrees of motion were actually lost? probably not enough to matter in 99% of situations.

'Tis true. CTF were always kinda crappy, now even more so. Sold mine, bought CATs.

you get ballistic slots on each arm. stop complaining most mechs keep all of their ballistic slots in the torso. you get to aim those ballistics up and down.
i find it likely that the phract is the main reason why there are so few gaussapults on the field anymore.
