For desktop/PC users, I completely disagree. The MetroUI is intended for a touch interface. If you're using a keyboard and mouse it's going to be slower and more cumbersome. In comparison, it's like to using Windows 98 on a touch-screen, mobile device. Apples and oranges. MetroUI doesn't have a place on the desktop PC.

Hrm. i never actually use the metro interface in day to day computing. the only time i use it is to get facebook messages, it pushes to my desktop.

Im confortable with w7 and havent had any problems with it, so there is no need in upgrading to the next windows OS.

I love Windows 7 64bit, better than XP IMO.

95 & 98 weren't bad for their time.

2000,Vista are jokes.

I think we can put Windows 8 in the crap pile. From what I've seen it looks like a phone, doesn't appeal to me.
