So in lieu of the Orion, I'll take a Crusader. Missiles on my Hips! What? MISSILES ON MY HIPS!

Heavy :Orion, just to ingrained in the game not to be out there.
Assault :Highlander, for the same reason.

Light: Javelin. Both the 10N (2xSRM6) and 10F (4xML) versions. Fits the "scout with a punch" role.
Medium: Griffin. Mobile long-range support.
Heavy: Thunderbolt. Big, ugly, and badass.
Assault: Banshee. Not the 3E, but the 3M and 3S versions.

Seconded. Those would be my top two Heavy & Assault choices for the next reveals.
I'd love to see all the basic mechs eventually, but those two would be interesting choices for me.
I'd be overjoyed with a Banshee, but something tells me its not high on the release list.

Will throw a wild card into the deck and go for a (drumroll):
Charger!!!!!!!!!!!
The Charger was designed by Wells Technologies as a scout 'Mech designed to survive contact with the enemy. This was done by building the Charger on an 80-ton frame, making it the heaviest scout 'Mech in existence. In order to carry out its mission as a scout, the Charger is powered by a massive LTV 400 fusion engine that takes up almost sixty percent of the Charger's mass. The Charger is armored with ten tons of armor, which is more than adequate for its role as a scout 'Mech. If faced with a 'Mech of similar size, the Charger uses its speed of 86.4 km/h to evade an attacker.
