Note: This is NOT a thread about hit detection.

The Upside: I don't know what you did, but it worked. I am able to more consistently time my lag-shots to hit targets with non-laser and non guided weapons than I was pre-patch.

The downside: I don't know what you did, but it broke something. I start my first match with a latency of around 250ms, but after 4-5 games, it's sitting close to 400. Restarting my computer seems to reset whatever the issue is. I was constantly sitting at a stable(ish) 250-260ms before this patch, and I have not made any changes to my computer or internet connection in the mean time.

Yeah, they latency is horrid. My ping went from 34ms to a whole 55ms...

For me it really depends what time I'm playing at. sometimes it's 120ms, sometimes it gets to 200 when my ping to somewhere else is still 20ms, either something at the servers or a very busy cable to canada.
