Well, that explains it. 36 SRMs to your back torso = crit-o-rama, especially since they're Artemis-clustered.
What'd you do, let her get to nose-picking range?

... but Name and Declare Formidable is a different story
The 6xSMR6 Catapult has been devastatingly powerful since forever ago... in the hands of someone who doesn't overheat and leave the big, pretty Catapult face holding still for the picking.

Actually shes in the SRM6 cat most of the time, if shes not in that shes is in the butterbee, she actually convinced me to run the 6srm6 cat, its highly addictive but typically they work best in a pack of 3 with one being a streak cat, the streak draws the rage and makes people chase, the 6x6 cats shred them.
Pic relevant.
Guy gets smoked by a girl, posts on the forums about it.
She streams whenever she plays if you want to watch people get SHREDDED!

I've been gravitating toward the SRMs since before streaks were first nerfed. They're just much more effective in one shot. I started with Butterbee (4SRM6, 2ML), and recently tried building an SRM 6 cat when i saw a lot of them running around. I questioned the efficacy of one because you would have to cut somewhere so much. It ended up a little heat inefficient, and slow, but if you can close the distance behind cover and find someone who isn't moving, its deadly.
Have a video of one of my best runs. You can see that I somehow manage to one shot a fresh awesome from the front. http://www.twitch.tv...hosis/c/1755120

I never realized that "butterbee" build was a hero mech, didn't even know that's what it was called, I've just used it since as far as I can remember whenever I use a c4.

Who's whining? It's a game, I have so much fun playing!
When I got 1-shot, I dropped the joint I had lit onto my shorts and burned my nuts, and I was like "Oh snap... OH SNAP!!!" and jumped out of my computer chair, haha.
I'm serious, too.
I was in my 90 kph, 4 large laser Hunchback. I love that mech and I usually get top 3 on the server in it, and I have NEVER been one-shot ever before!!! I was literally at full health on Snow City or whatever, and you know the middle of the crashed jet with the gash in the middle? My back was pointed to the gash and I'm guessing she was walking through it and saw the big juicy RT and gave me a taste of SRM6, hehe!
I have to agree with the other poster, dual AC20 Catapults don't even hit that hard!

They can get caught up and blasted in short order once it's discovered if they aren't being a clever ninja.

But, I guess OP learned his lesson about going into point blank range with an SRM6 cat.

They must be missing their shots or dumping rounds at you in unison instead of lobbing shots one at a time, aiming where the pilot wants them to land.
Don't disregard a weapon due to the newb in the mechseat.
