Prosperity Park closed the other thread so I guess I'll repost it here:

"We all called it. It was pretty clear they are starting with what the community considers the weakest mechs in each weight class first.

Now looking at the picture I'm going to guess it's armament:

Head - Small Laser/Small Pulse Laser
Right Arm - PPC/ER PPC
Right Torso - LRM15 (maybe w/ Artemis)
Left Torso - Small Laser/Small Pulse Laser
Left Arm - ??? Can't see from the picture.

It might be given a second AMS to make make it different from the other Awesomes but it looks like it's chalking up to be a Hero version of the current trial Awesome AWS-8V. I do like the steer skull and chain camo."

Why not? Each mech is going to get it's own hero mech. That's what at least 12 hero mechs so far.

Also:

I'm guessing 4 Energy, 3 Missile. 2 in the RT and 1 in the arm.

Does look like he has a SRM6 pack bolted on there.

That is atrociously ugly - I want one!!!

PPC in the arm (2 energy), LRM in the right torso (3 missile), 2 energy CT, 1 energy head, 2 energy RT, maybe 1 energy RA? So, it seems like an 8V and a 9M merged together. If so, that is pretty sweet!
