What ESRB/PEGI/BBFC rating would you give this game?

I've been wondering what rating MW:O will receive and whether it's important to the overall game, marketing wise. At the moment i can't imagine it being any more than a 12 due to the fact it would probably be classed as fantasy violence. I mean there's no blood and as so far we don't know what there will be avatar wise. Obviously PGI can't be held responisble or possible monitor what everyone says to each other and generally the ratings will say it's an online game.
Previous Mechwarrior titles have been in the ESRB Teen zone.
So, do you guys think that MW:O should be rated higher because it's a purely online game? Would you be cool with a 12 year old lancemate?
Personally on one hand i think 12 would be suitable, i was 9 when i first played Mechwarrior 3. However the 22 year old me can't imagine anyone that young playing it. Just interested to see what other people think and feel.

I'd be totally OK with waves of NPC infantry being obliterated with flamers and LBX, of course, if they ever feel like pushing it up to an M down the line.
EDIT: Well, huh. MW4 got rated T for violence; I half wonder if it's because of the cut scenes that involving killing people / people dying. Because in-game robot violence without humanoid representations is NOT enough to push a T rating on other titles.

World of Warcraft was given a ESRB rating of a T, which is interesting as it's a purely online experience.
Maybe having a in game voice option makes a difference or maybe all online aspects are just un-classifiable. I suppose all they can do is classify what they see, not what the people playing it might say or do.

Maybe if it is an all online experience they can rate it and only say they dont rate online experiences for those games that have both online and single player modes
