Must be the name attached to it. . . another reason why player moderation = bad idea

If you don't have an issue with it and have a headset, just jump on one of the public TS servers and give it a try. Don't even need a mic in TS, if I remember correctly. You can text chat I think.
All you really need is listen to the group leader or team mates chatter and coordinate accordingly.

You think the premades who get stomped will complain in the forum.... Nah that would just brand their merc unit as sub par. More likely they will keep quiet and practice
someone will eventually make a thread about how they want to be able to have a 7 man group in the regular queue. this will make my day that day

Would it be a better game for pugs if they didn't have to jump with premades? Yup, it would be nice, but I really don't care.
What I absolutely look forward to, is the 8 v 8 premades cue. Hopefully the lamenting about how terrible pugs are, for not wanting to get into voice chat, will lessen then.

Divide and incite? Only because you come into it looking to do so already. Simply stated, there are 2 constant complaints: That the Devs need to listen to the PUGs because they form the backbone of MW:O. And, that Premades are ruinging the game for said PUGs. Both cannot be true.
Perhaps the point, instead is to use reason to actually get people to re-evaluate a recurring, and false set of arguments that actually IS divisive?
As for the POLL, (been working at it since BloodLegacy mentioned it, and I thought, hmmm, sure, why not? But I also have been doing real world things, like making breakfast, which I find more important than this, TBH) I wanted to take time to try to word it in a way that people looking for complaint wouldn't just scream "It's inherently biased and therefore invalid" which is what so many of you like to do ANY time the representative sampling disagrees with your precious preconceived, and usually inaccurate, notions.

Ditto Johnny Reb. And when it hits, ALL of our K/Dr and W/L will take a hit. Which is fine since I find them to be bunk stats which don't really tell the true story. And since I play the game to have fun and a challenge, I find stats just another thing for people with no life outside of gaming to stroke their E-peen to.

The Devs need to listen to the whole community.

Someone has to die first, but if they do that early their team loses their firepower, making it hard for them to even the match up while the other team has an easier time focusing fire. Seeing as premade teams can focus fire easier with VOIP, and have members who are less likely to pull a Leeroy Jenkins; its reasonable to say that if you are playing against a premade, you're more likely to lose in a landslide than you would be if you were playing against a pure random group. This would lead the more tinfoil oriented populace to believe that a landslide against them is most likely a premade, not realizing that if X% of their matches were landlsides, more than (X/2)% of the teams would have to be premades.

Good point. Though I would say there is a little more validity to the claim, since Premades actually know when they are in a premade. And it becomes apparent fast when you are working with a second 4man, or a bunch of Solo Heroes. PUG wanting PUG only drops are essentially saying they are OK with having a bunch of AFKers, Griefers and such in their group.
Yet funnily enough, when we announce we have a 4 man, seems many PUGs are only more than happy to tag along and have some coordination. Even when I am pugging, I HATE dealing with the Solo Hero crowd, since they pretty much guarantee me a loss no matter WHAT the other side is fielding.
That said, their is certainly enough QQ going on both sides of the debate.

Hence the reason I didn't add a poll until asked. But figured after BloodLegacy asked, that it won't really prove anything, but probably won't hurt either.

We're not okay with the intentionally useless, we just want even numbers of them on both sides. A four man premade means four fewer chances for that (unless you happen to be Bad Luck Bryan), so of course we love premades when they're on our side; but when we don't have one, the other side does, and one or more of our teammates alphastike themselves to death, it seems wildly unfair.
