I was invited to CBT in the fall. I play tested and sent reports. I live in a remote area so connection issues are common. I would pug and get crash to desktop, black screen… and all the other errors that have been reported and posted on the forums I figure that it was because of my location. Now we move to OBT and I join TS and start pug 201. So now with almost every drop one of the 4 have a problem be it FPS , hud, Ctd, or…… after 3+ months I have not really noticed a change. If the game can’t run it will not be played free or not. … sigh,,, on a side note I remember playing Red baron 3d some years ago on dialup with a ping of 50-100 you would think that in this amount of time the code would be better not worst. Ok vent over.

I don't have your connection lag, but I still feel ya brother. I wish they would fix all their **** before moving on with upgrades and new mechs.

That's Odd. I have noticed things getting better over time and the game is becoming more stable. The content may be delivered slower than everyone wants, but in my mind PGI is trying to keep everything stble.

I also noticed better framerates.

The same people that work on bugs and net code are definitely also the ones that make new mechs.

Good vent, articulate and not too bad spelling- and grammar wise - perhaps a slight over-use of ellipses, but that's it.

I give it 7 out of 10 on the rate-my-vent scale.

:)

Red Baron 3D on The Sierra Network over 28.8 dial-up; 4v4 furballs, and you would still hit what you were aiming at.

Core i5 CPU
16 Gig RAM
GTX 660 vid card w/ 2 Gig vid RAM
Stable cable connection
Windows 7 (64 bit) O.S.
direct x and vid drivers up to date

This is my computer and according to the required specs to play MWo this machine is well above the recomended requirements and way above min requirements.

My typical performance is sub 40 FPS regardless of low or high graphic settings or anything else I have tried to improve fps.
I will experience some issue that prevents playing a match about 1 in 20 drops (from CDT to 4 fps memory leak)

After a patch I will routinely experience a drop in performance.Pre open beta I was seeing 50-60 fps,Nearly every patch since has cause a degradation in performance to the point where I have lost over 20 fps since open beta.

So I too feel your pain man.
