Tomorrow gonna be such a great day, your griefing days over lol, afterall if they r actually any good, they wouldve pugged and get 7 kills. As for myself I`ve yet get the elusive 8th kills even after mastering 7 mechs already, anyway those in premades can hardly go beyond 2 kills lulz.

I might be a noob, but I have seen more arrogance from fellow PUGs than the premade crowd.

I am a PUG myself. HAve never team dropped, don't have TS3, and probably wont get it any time soon. THat said, I have seen more QQ-ing from PUGs than teams, probably cuz any good team would kick the idiots out, and any team comprised of that much e-peen would implode from ego fights.

hmm 7 premades is viable? you know where you are not full premades only , so you dont have to fight vs other full premades teams

And this. One must tell you that while now the loosing side were always pugs, you're going to step into their shoes and only the best will come out actually winning. Which could lead to a massive drop in EGO (and K/D, and W/L) of some fellow players.

Actually, those people with the huge ego are incapable of a massive ego drop. They will just rationalize away any losses as the fault of someone else. They will continue on thinking they are the greatest thing since jump jets. Sure they will probably go back to pug stomping, but they will have many excuses for it which they firmly believe are true.

Can I ask why you would never Team drop or get TS3? Most groups are actually fairly mature as Battletech/Mechwarrior has a pretty old and established following.

Add me even and I will drop with you. You don't even need TS3 if you don't want it.

Well, I for one will be happy to go back to 8 man drops. 4 man drops was a mixed bag. Many times I was stuck with AFKers, grieffers, farmers. At least in 8 man drops I knew everyone on my team was single minded in working as a team to win.

As far as pre-mades being rude or arrogant and enjoying running over clueless PUG's, honestly it's all about playing hard and getting a win for C-bills. It makes no difference who we drop against. None. See you all planet side on the battlefield.

Won't change too much. You must have 8 to use the new system. Less than 8, on old system. More than 8, some on old system.

It will be nice though to not have to sync drops.

I dont think 7 is an option, only 2,3,4 ... and 8. They said at one point its limited to 8 player only so that MM'ing is easier (for them). They should really allow 7 man teams though and just match them up with 8 man teams, since often games start 1 man short anyway.

Regardless of the actual outcome, I think both sides of the fence agree phase 2 is a positive step.

TBH i thought this thread was going to be about ECM, the phase 2 matchmaking has zero impact on the majority of the playerbase (PUG's and 2-4 man teams who wont go 8-man).
