Since the last patch I've been getting 2 bugs come up very frequently One is that when I hear laser fire, I also hear this loud distorted tearing sound. It only comes from the left speak and the sound is almost painful to hear.

I've also been getting the yellow screen bug where the screen shows almost no deals, no hud, but it looks like the screen is stuck showing as if you got rocked and took damage. Does anyone of know of any work arounds?

had this happen once, just gotta roll with it apparently, someone suggested power down/ power up, but it doesn't seem to help. It looks like it gets stuck on the animation for "the hud loading".

I am battling laser farts too, as for the yellow screen, if you hit right-shift + F11, it will hide your HUD, which shoudl clear the screen (of course you still have no HUD)

Correct, you will have no HUD. You will not be able to tell friend from foe and you will not see the chat.

You can still be a valuable addition to your team though. I witnessed several times now, that a player, bugged by the yellow screen, defended our base and made kills.

For that, make sure your team knows you can not tell friend from foe and that you will stay back for defense and shoot at everything that comes close to your base.

against yellow bug u can try Ctrl+Enter to change to fullscreen and back. this reloads the screen (i think) and the yellow bug may be gone. i have a 100% success chance with that against yellow screens on my pc.
