First, go to the top bar and click bookmarks, then add to bookmarks. In this screen, at the top click add bookmark, and a "new server" will appear in the server list. You may name the label anything you want, this will just change what the server name is in your bookmarks bar, but add the IP address or URL to the server address field, your desired nickname into the appropriate field, and the password into the password field. Upon saving your changes, you may access the server anytime by clicking bookmarks in the main screen, then clicking on the server with whatever label you chose for it.

Edit: Whoops, didn't realize "add to bookmarks" doesn't show up unless you're in a server. Replacing the first step with "manage bookmarks" will bring you to where you want to go.
