You'll find Bronies in the oddest places of the internet. As such I'm thinking about starting a Brony Mercenary Corps. I'm looking for Bronies, though I'm open to anyone joining the group. The only real rule is that you have to be tolerant to other players, particularly those who are fans of the show.

I suppose I should explain what a "Brony" is, just in case someone is in the dark. A Brony is a fan of the Television show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. A good majority of the fans of the show (at least those who interact with the community of the show) are Male, hence the Portmanteau of "Bro" and "Pony" to create "Brony". Now before you go calling out Bronies as weak or feminine or in other way lacking know this. Being a fan of something never has been, and never should be, something that defines on how much of a man you are. Just think about how you might feel if someone bashed you on liking Battletech/MechWarrior because it's a relatively unrealistic view of the future? Or say that because you like big mechs you're clearly compensating for something? All I'm saying is that liking a show, even if it is targeted for little girls, should not make you any less of a man. (Just a random thought, I always wondered why it's more socially acceptable for girls to like 'masculine' things, such as Mechs and Guns, and it's less socially acceptable for boys to like 'feminine' things such as Ponies and Clothing.) Before you go bash the show, watch some of it. Hopefully, even if you decide it's not for you then you can at least understand a little better why people like the show.

Anyway, here's a call to the Bronies out there. Battle Bronies is looking for you. And again, you don't have to be a fan of the show to join. Just respect people's enjoyment of the show.

Sure they can, bronies are just pony fans regardless of what other connotation people try to stick to it. Friendship is magic and shouldn't be limited by labels

Please tell me that you will exclusively pilot quad 'mechs and have some kind of catch phrase like "Battle Bronies: Flamers are Magic." You could even give each member a unique cutie mark for their logo in the sides of the 'mech. This practically writes itself.

Seriously though, I'd lend my hand but Ghost Bears (or whatever we're calling our merc unit) have already got me signed up.

You'll get tons of people though, I'm sure of it ;D We've got a 42 page pony threat on the MWLL forums, so Battletech Bronies exist in numbers, have no fear.
