Don't allocate players to teams at server attachment time. Collect the pool of 16 players and then assign teams based on...
1. win-loss streaks. Match a winning player with a losing player. This will force one of them to break their streak and as the winner continues to win they will get saddled with more and more CHALLENGE until it is too much for them.

* Unfortunately pre-game team chat would be disabled till the 10 second count down after teams have been determined. Perhaps extend the count down to 15 seconds.
* And of course, make sure you don't break up teamed players.

I think this could reduce significantly the 8-0 routes that occur too frequently.
It would benefit the suiciders a little as they might see a win occasionally, but that's the beauty of the win-loss streak, once you break a streak the reset switch is hit.

I have been playing for 8 weeks now and am not in a position to join a team.So off I go with a group of strangers and BAM everyone is dead in 2 mins from a pro team with ecm and headset gear.
The fun is running out as I (and others) get shipped out with 7 strangers who all wander about aimlessly while pro killers wipe you out in mere seconds.Even when it looks like u are going to win a rare encounter...the opponents temates (as they should) defend him and gang you.
I just think pro teams should be matched with the same...I mean it must be like professional footballers playing against small toddlers....is that what they want????Apart from the odd ********..surely top guys want some challenge ?

There is a matching making change coming in the next patch. However i'd like a personal and mech break down. and league/break ups like the new LoL system/SC2 system. The problem is how big the pool of players is at any given time. before hand they showed the online players which usually was at 1500 to 3000 people online at any one time which would vary the match making hugely.
