I did say there were none in the IS (other than spies) and if you wanted to talk like a Clanner go fight in the Periphery...
The Periphery isn't part of the IS here is a link if you don't know that: http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Inner_Sphere
Reading comprehension is your friend.

Who says you are not fighting in the Periphery? These worlds are not named Planets. Just saying, You might want some facts to back your position, and why give players grief over what their play style is. I think it's cute that the Clanners wanna talk in Character.

Wolf's Dragoons aren't spies. They were sent to train the Inner Sphere in preparation of the Clan Invasion by Khan Ulric Kerensky. As for traditional "spies" there is no such things. The Clans abhor the use of espionage as it was unbecoming of a true warrior to hide anything that would require a spy to uncover. And again, the Periphery is still part of the Inner Sphere, just not the core worlds/ Great Houses. So, as i said, and you failed to comprehend, the Clans are in the Inner Sphere already.

No reason to pay attention to stravag freebirth scum with the intelligence of a surat attempting to imitate trueborn clanners, quineg?
I would further engage in discussion with you but my star commander has ordered me to finish interrogation on one Phelan Kell.

Lol, maybe we ARE fighting in the periphery right now. How would you tell? At the moment, MWO is nothing more than single, unrelated mech battles. As long as there's no Community Warfare or anything, I guess it doesn't matter if and how you roleplay. You should be happy to see a Clanner on the battlefield, at least you can pretty sure he's a veteran and has some manners, not like some of those teamkilling, bug-abusing morons out there.

Guess you aren't a stickler for canon, which is fine, just saying if you want to be canon or in any way talk about this or that not being canon then do NOT talk like a Clanner
Also from what I am reading Phelan Kell was off fighting pirates which are often in the Periphery. Here is the only information I could find about The Rock which every reference point suggests it is in the Periphery. I do not know this for certain but it leads me to believe it just might be.
Here is the link: http://www.sarna.net/wiki/The_Rock
(Upon further review The Rock is in the Coreward Periphery, so again not in the IS)

Ironically, that is also where Mechwarrior Online seems to be taking place at the moment. It was already announced that Merc Corps would be utilizing periphery worlds as their form of CW, and none of the planets we've fought on so far have been named as far as I know.

Yes the Rock is in the Periphery, the Periphery is the ...wait for it...the periphery of the Inner Sphere. The Clans are less then 3 standard months from hitting the first of the core worlds.
Here is a map of the Inner Sphere that shows exactly where The Rock is. http://nooknetwork-m...NNER_SPHERE.jpg
Note the Periphery is PART OF THE INNER SPHERE. So again the Clans are in the Inner Sphere, thus if RP'ers want to speak like a Clanner it would be acceptable, seeing as we have no idea what planets we are fighting on.

So Sarna Net is wrong? This is a direct quote:
Or are we arguing semantics?
Beyond the Inner Sphere

The Periphery surrounding the Inner Sphere is home to a few nations of moderate power and many independent worlds cut off from civilization with the collapse of the Star League. The Inner Sphere perceives the Periphery much like modern developed nations perceive the Third World, though some of the major Periphery nations compare well with the weaker Inner Sphere states.

Beyond the Periphery is unexplored space (sometimes called the Deep Periphery). The Clans exist in a small islet of settled worlds in the Deep Periphery.

It seems you are arguing because you don't like RPers simply to argue.
