Anyone experiencing this?

Weapon Group;

Med Las
Med pulse
Med pulse
UAC5
Med Pulse
UAC5

I hit Del and let it cycle, and hold my finger on the fire button. They fire when they Black box moves over them, but then when its off them, say when it finally gets back up to the first med pulse, the UAC5 still fires.

They Jam in this mode quite a lot, as they normally would if you are burst fireing them.

It's jamming because the cooldown of the lasers is about three times longer than the UAC cooldown, so the UAC5s are getting selected selected before the internal cooldown on double-taps is finished. You're chaining 3 second cooldown weapons with weapons that have a cooldown of 1.10. Try using them with dual AC5s or AC2s and you will not see a jam. Small lasers might work, but I have never tried chain-firing them with UACs.

I finally broke down and purchased a Muromets a few days back and outfitted it with 3 UAC5s.

I map & group them on a R.A.T. 7 MMO:

mouse 1 : 2x UAC5 arms - synchronous.
mouse 2 : 1x UAC5 Torso - synchronous
mouse 4: 3x UAC All - Chain fire
mouse 3: 3x UAC5 All - Synchronous

I figured that doing it this way I could ramp up putting lead downrange depending on what's in my sight picture. I was hoping that chain firing on Mouse 4 would allow me to keep up a decent barrage and avoid being simultaneously jammed on all 3. Regardless, I've experienced all 3 being jammed at the same time, many times. They won't all fail at once but it certainly frustrating when the jam percentage all happen to overlap .

I've never experienced chain-fire jams with a similar setup. Are you clicking the mouse for each shot or are you holding it, out of curiosity?

Mouse 1 and 2 are for quick bursts (snap shooting) but if he is moving around to my front and somewhat close (cross hairs are all bracketing him) then I'll chain fire them all just to try and put "more lead" in him with a minimized jam rate,(bursts then holding down the button if I'm staying on target) . If I've got someone up close and filling my view then I'll open up and hold down Mouse 3. 1 or 2 UAC5s might jam but at least I'm still rocking him somewhat until the jam(s) clear.

I do have to caveat this by saying that I've only been fooling with ballistics for a few days and I'm still learning and adapting my play but so far it is working rather well for me.
