I have unlocked the master module slot, with only unlocking the basic tier on 3 variants. Is this as intended? The text seem to imply you need to unlock all elite tier for 3 variants to unlock master.

Which mechs? I'll see if I can replicate the problem, but yes, you shouldn't be able to do that, if I understand you correctly.

You only need elite unlocked on 3 mechs in that weight class for master to be available, as opposed to elite which requires 3 mechs of the same chassis to have basic unlocked.

E.G. you have master unlocked on your Jenners and decide to buy some commandos (to use ECM). once you have basic on all 3 commandos you can take your commando of choice through elite straight to master.

Strange, so you only need three elite of the same weight class to unlock master...but you need three variants of the same mech to unlock elite.

I did unlock three jenners to elite...so my raven I only had to unlock 3 basic ravens to unlock master raven.
