UAC5 jams because in the tabletop game it jammed.

Price of having a faster firing AC/5.

At least here you can unjam it. In TT if it jammed it was done, until you could get back to base.

When did you get your beta key? Yeah exactly. I've had a lot of experience in this game, I know when something is not right, and this is not right.

You fail to read, understand or think. I won't bother explaining it to you any more.

Spending money on a free to play game does not make you intelligent, or capable of piloting a mech. It makes you capable of spending money on a free to play game.

I'm sorry you've played so long and still can't work out how to use a UAC-5. I'm sorry that things used to be different and you cannot adapt to the changing times.

The two shell shot or "double-shot" is programmed/featured as an interpretation from fluff/rules that a UAC gun fires "twice" in a turn. Basically, it makes little sense, like most straight up TT interpretations, when in a real-time settings it should simply mean it fires "twice as fast." It doesn't even take into consideration how extremely unbalanced UAC/10 and UAC/20's will be if the double-shot mechanic stays.

Is this weapon going to be changed, tweaked, or made more reliable? Is the RoF going to be decreased to allow single firing more reliabley? Or is this weapon going to remain as is?

I want to know, so I know whether or not to sell it.

I run a K2 Cat with 2xUAC5, and have been since August closed beta. The system as is now, is a joke. It fires way too fast, it jams up most of the time, because the RoF is so fast, having the mouse button down a single Iota longer, jams the weapon.

I can't stack three and spread the statistic, I can only stack two.

If this weapon is going to remain RnG pot luck, then I don't want to use it.

Heck, even most Cataphract pilots don't use it, they use other AC's...

Again; I've been in this game since closed beta. I know how to fire it. I've been using it since August on my Catapault. I know about the weapon. I have kills with it. I have a knowledge of it. YOU DON'T!

Why do you insist on coming to my threads with your garbage. You are like a Learner driver lecturing Vassar on F1...

Making multiple threads means you just get threads locked faster and get ever closer to getting your account locked faster.

It does not, however, have any effect on solving your problems.

I got my Beta Key free... Do you know how to read? The underlying theme here is EXPERIENCE not MONEY...

I signed up for Beta early in the year, and got it in August, as a beta tester, not a founder. I got my founders MUCH later.

I don't like it, so I reported your threads, well 2 of them. 1 should be plenty for the discussion, 3 is just being an imbicile.

Description

Introduced in 2640 by the Terran Hegemony[4]. The Ultra Autocannon/5 is an upgraded version of the standard Autocannon/5. Utilizing a different loading mechanism, the Ultra Autocannons are capable of maintaining a substantially increased rate of fire over traditional or LB-X autocannons at the cost of higher heat and the risk of jamming

Vettel won the Grand Prix this year actually.

Aerton Senna probably would have been a better choice then either of them though. ;)

Yes, and where are the numbers that justify its current state? Hmmm?

They jammed back in September too you know... You had to cycle the weapon grouping to unjam them. They ahd a lower RoF, and were able to be fired singally with easy. Now, they are too tempremental, because the RoF is so damn high, they Jam up on you all the time.

I'd love to see RoF decreased, but Jamming rates remain the same at 1/4. This will fix SO MUCH!

The Devs have already said they don't like the jam-fixing gameplay mechanism, and may eventually change it. Most likely to a simple lockout timer. Ultra AC weapons will always have a good chance of jamming, however.

But right now they have other things to worry about. The Dev team is tiny.
