It may be overpowered or not; personally I haven't used it yet. But, it really should be limited to Med/Light Classes, hardcoded in specific mechs(usually those w crappier weaps) and just provide a reduced detection perk. An "invisible" Sault or Heav until they are on top of you goes against common sense.
