This forum has many threads complaining about problems with the patcher. I can't download this game I have already paid for because the dam patcher times out and crashes every time I try.
FFS fix the patcher or give us a link to download the whole game with a download manager.

Have you tried contacting support about this yet?

They may want to see an error log and may need some specific information about your system so they can fix it.

maybe as a workaround try downloading using the patcher on a different computer, then copy the files over to the computer you want to play on. But yeah definitely contact support pronto, they can't fix what they don't know!
