When machine guns get buffed, I will renew my campaign to have the Crusader added to the game...

The op of this thread clearly is just going on about "MY CANON (THAT'S ACTUALLY MADE UP IN MY HEAD NOT THE REAL CANON) ABLOO BLOO BLOO." As many people have stated, at no point does any of the books say that mgs are ONLY for killing infantry, it says they are really good at it. Fire is really good at burning a house down but is that the only thing it's good at? NOPE. so that agument is completely invalid. There's also the other point that some mechs are dependent on mgs for secondary weapons, and some mechs even have them as primary weapons *coughpirahannacough* which posits they should be useful against a mech's primary nemesis, other mechs. Finally, this is a computer game, where AGAIN there are no infantry, there won't be no infantry, and the mg is in the game and therefore should be useful against mechs because it's already in the freakin game.

So quit crying, and accept the mg is in the game, and should be useful. Case closed.

Another mg thread that needs to be closed and it's post count and link added to the MG discussion balance thread

This is a post to assist the mods in understanding the breadth of the problem I will be copy pasting this into older machine gun threads that did not recieve mod or dev attention so the feed back can be linked from the new thread.
