Do You Use Modules?

Personally, I don't use modules. I want to, but the only one I was willing to spend the C-bills on since the game went Open Beta was the Zoom module (about a month back), and that was a terrible waste of my C-Bills. I'm interested in the sensor range and cap module, but the cost of those is so ridiculous I just can't come to buying them. When I get 6+ million C-Bills, I always prefer to get a new mech rather than 1 module that I have to swap between all my builds. The idea of mastering my mechs has little to no appeal to me because I don't even run with 1 module on my mech, let alone 2 or 3.

Unless you intend to park somewhere and try sniper its too jumpy and impossible to use very effectively. You can use it well on Cold city night. High contrast. Useless during the storms. Falling snow also greatly dimisnishes its quality.
Small blurry blobs is mostly what you see.

What are you talking about? Pull the mod from one mech and put it on another. It is a pain though and for the cost you should be able to equip it on everything without the whole swappity swap action...

its not that i really hate it but i just wish I would of known that before I tried it. So now I am hating the fact that it is like that. Ill get over it and buy more and not make that same mistake.

360 doesn't seem to have been worth either the CBills or the gxp, but none of the other modules available appeal to me, so what else was I going to use the gxp for?
I'll get +10% sensor range next, but I feel pretty meh about the other modules available. But since I have the gxp, and there's nothing else to spend it on, that's what's next. I'm not impressed with the way modules are implemented right now and really hope the system is improved.

That is not true. If you remove it from the mech, it goes to your inventory.
I did this i tried to remove the sensor range off my cicada on to my catapult it disappeared. the mod shows green but it says "QTY" 0 and it makes me try to to buy it again and I took my 4x zoom off my raven and it is doing the same thing as my sensor range.
I must be glitched or something because I swear its not there

360 targeting is the most useless module. You need to have that particular mech targeted to begin with. It's not a passive radar and does not just pick up anything behind you. As long as you have some spatial awareness it can be useful. Also, I'm not sure how ECM affects it.

hmmm? this is not the case. I swap out modules all the time. If it's not working for you, then you need to submit a ticket to support@mwomercs.com and try and include a screenshot...

The rest of the modules are trash. We had 3 good ones to pick, one for brawling, one for sniping/LRMs, and one for base capture. Now we have 2 good modules to pick from.
