I'd like to use my wheel as a third button for firing groups, then the scroll to zoom in and out

Either way, seems to have worked once. Wonder why it's broken now.

Probably the usual cause - someone got mesmerized by blinking lights and touched something they shouldn't have.

<rebind device="joystick" input="" index="0" defaultInput="j1_pov_right"/>
<rebind device="keyboard" input="mwheel_up" index="2" defaultInput="mouse3"/>
<action name="m_toggle_4x_zoom_mode">
<rebind device="keyboard" input="mwheel_down" index="1" defaultInput=""/>
Add those to the actionmaps .xml file found in /pirahanagames/mechwarrioronline/user/profiles/[YOURNAME]/

Is there a way to make the mouse wheel control zooming by rolling it up and down? I'm hoping to crank on the wheel and have it zoom in our out depending on direction.

They do need to add this as default with Zoom in and out bound to up and down (with the added feature to automatically use max zoom if you're zoomed out and go down). But for now, this has to do.

It would be fantastic if they added zoom out as a keybind as well. Its much more intuitive even though as you say it is quite quick.

It can't be impossible to enable mouse wheel zoom either.

Also: a button to cycle through vision modes would be great, vs having dedicated buttons for thermal and low-light.
