Not to be overbearingly negative, but the OP literally just went from 'I want a refund' to 'YAY A PATCH IS COMING WHERE THEY FIX STUFF LIKE PATCHES USUALLY DO'.

Paul, you should seriously consider making an Announcements post to rebuild some interest for December.

When they upgraded the engine things happened. PGI is working on it. I'm sorry to say but anyone asking for a refund after this amount of time is a tool. How many game companies offer it in the first place. You take a risk buying standard off the shelf game correct? You play a mmo at $60.00 main purchase $15.00 a month with the inability to return and refund correct? So why would should this be any different. It shouldn't. Unlike most games you are free to play to your hearts content without spending a dime and it's Shameful to ask for your money back period IMO knowing you were taking a risk to begin with. Now after all this time it's downright pathetic and childish. This game is constantly updating and devs are extremely aware of issues and are fixing them. I've seen some people get their money back and continue playing. Thats beyond pathetic. My advice play something else for a month or two and comeback.
