No, that is probably an AMS, because that is what AMS looks like on every mech that has it. (So you can stop having a heart attack now....)

I don't think the Stalker has any ECM variants, but I do know that there will more than likely be other mechs in our future that will have ECM variants. (Feel free to resume having your heart attack now.)

I think you will find, like those before me have stated, yet I feel the need to state again, that is an AMS.

The Stalker 3Fb has ECM. It was produced by the Star League in 2625, but the design went extinct in 2840. It was used exclusively by SLDF royal units.

Oh cool...but that isn't one of the 5 variants being rolled out in MWO tho. (we get 3F, 3H, 4N, 5M and 5S)

The next mech we see that can have ECM will probably be another Heavy.

Honestly, I can't really think of any heavy mechs that mount ECM in canon. Though if we get the Orion which is typically a command mech, it might be ECM capable.

Not only does it look like AMS, but the STK-5S comes equipped with AMS in TT.

Quote

STK-5S - Outfitted with the relatively recently rediscovered Star League technology of circa 3050, the 5S can be characterized primarily by its tendency to overheat. The designers behind this variant took the simple expedient of upgrading its engine and firepower without taking heat build-up into consideration. The 'Mech has had its engine replaced with an XL Engine and the Large Lasers have been removed and replaced with two Large Pulse Lasers. For protection against ammunition explosions, CASE has been added to both side torsos, and an Anti-Missile System has been added for protection against incoming missiles.

And those pics are from the -5S listing on the MW:O site.

3F is the stock variant, as other stated the Fb was the ECM one.
