Buy a Bigfoot Networks Lan card and install it and use it for your Internet. The bigfoot cards have a dedicated processor instead of using your CPU for network connectivity. You will most likely get a 30% decrease in Ping using the card by hardware optimization.

what i would give to have your ping, i might actually play the game again
you fail to realise that a high ping works both ways (tho not really)
you can still hit me, cos you you aim at me and hit me and does damage, but i jitter around a bit making it a little hard.
where as i run around and shoot at you, you jitter around a bit too and when i aim and hit you on screen it DOESNT hit you on the server thus my shots do nothing i have to guess how much to lead a shot with lasers so im shooting the ground infront of you, then it might register a hit for a fraction of a second. thats while you circling me at 100kph.
you do that, download somthing while playing, or set up a vpn or use somthing to make your ping higher (300ish ms) then you'll change your mind in less than 2 games

I've heard some people suggest opening Netflix and trying to watch two movies, or starting some torrents - seeding and downloading will suffice. For best results, try something that will constantly fluctuate in speed, so your ping is everchanging, so no one can really ever find out where your hitbox is, since it keeps moving around.
My ping is 36ms, and I never want it to go higher. Can't wait until they fix netcode.

But honestly, I get where you're coming from, and yeah it's annoying. Very annoying...
