what should i do to make it light enough to equip an ECM??

Put the biggest engine you and find and streaks. Avoid Raven 3L's or pack up when fighting them solo. You can take about 6 Raven Streak bursts and then you go boom, whereas a Raven 3L can take about 10 Commando Streak blasts.

No standard Engine 3x ssrm, ECM, Endosteel, 2 Tons Ammo on wellfare 75% and a M-Laser

M-laser is for tagging then you get 2k Kill assist bonus... and repair costs of this build are between 8-19k XL engine makes it much higher.. and the mech fragile..

Oh hell yes unless you are using the rearm, to 75% only loophole. otherwise 1-2 should suffice depending on how you play.

Use 3 SSRMs and 3 tons ammo.

Disrupt prevents enemies from detecting you above 200m, and prevents them from locking on to you or sharing info with their team under 180. Just keep them out of that 180-200m gap.

Counter lets you lock on to ECM enemies.

Currently no, give it a couple more patches and give it a try. There's too much of a sway between overuse of ECM or lack of it on every match.
