Seriously I am sick and tired of dying because a missile boat makes it impossible to see from just a few hits.

I thought missile boats had gone the way of the dodo with ECM? There's a lot of people claiming there's no missile boats in MWO any more.

But to answer your question: Not that I've heard of.

SRM's black your screen just the same as LRM or streaks.

It's not really the smoke blocking the view... i think it has to do with the HDR effects making your screen dark, mostly on Forest Colony.

i see far more smoke and explosive effects blocking the screen from autocannons it seems, but the HDR problem is also there as well... it even shows up with lasers

i don't know why they don't just take the HDR out

Come on, someone made a hack to take our the gross filter effect. Someone had to have made one for the stupid HDR.

Deactivate Particle Effects and Smoke should be reduced.
