Premium Time Has An "activate" Button But Is Counting Down

Anyone else have this?

The premium time area at the bottom left of the UI shows the premium time counting down but shows the 2 buttons of "add time" and "activate". It is applying the premium bonuses to games but the UI doesn't show it as being active. Really strange.
