So, why do we get charged to refill our weapos that use infinte ammo? If it's infinte, their should never be a refill so their should never be a charge.

What weapon has infinite ammo that charges to rearm?

it's the same fee you'd have to pay to plug in your electric car?

I've wondered this also. Why, when I don't fire a shot from an ammunition based weapon, but fire a laser, I see R & R costs.

I have never been asked to rearm when I only have energy weapons on.

You know you have to rearm AMS right?

What he means is, why are we getting refilled to 75% to free then being charged for the rest? Why isn't it a charge for all of it, or none of it? Currently there's no reason to even pay the Rearm cost. Because the game will refill you to 75% for free anyway. You're not even paying for that 0-75%, you're paying for that remaining 75-100%. But why do that? It makes more sense to ride into battle with 75% welfare ammo than to pay the overpriced fee just to get that last 25%. If it isn't enough, then add more ammo. But don't pay the fee. It just wastes some of your profits.

the AMS may be whats doing it. I have an AMS but when I go into battle its not on my list of armaments. I thought I did something wrong.

AMS is listed in your weapon groups as the last item.

lasers don't need ammo and therefore have no rearm cost. what are you talking about ?

You shouldn't be getting rearm bills, then. Most probably your AMS is the one thats being rearmed.

I think you are right.

We need to correct this: First turn off the ability to not repair and rearm, then remove the free 75% from the rearm, then balance teh costs to make running dedicated ballistic/missile boat a trade a reasonable cost that will only break the bank if you aren't smart about it.

Always repair, it's good for soul and not so bad to your wallet.

Energy weapons never charge for "rearm". If you have a re-arm cost it is your AMS. Replace the AMS with an extra heatsink and try it again.

Actually it did happen, but I was mistaken as I already said. I got it figured out. I withdraw my questionable complaint.

Fair enough. I didn't want to call you crazy without getting the details :).

Unless you are running Artemis or streaks, and then rearming is very bad for your wallet.

the 75% free refill is ridiculous. That this exploit hasn't been removed like 3 months ago... is absurd

You should read the new update in the command chair. There is no longer any repair or rearm come tomorrow. It is all free.

House sponsored welfare?

Also, the last 10 people still running missiles wouldnt be if the welfare was withdrawn.

Well it's a moot point now, repair and rearm have just been removed in their entirety.
