1. A PSY bobblhead that does the gagnam style dance on your mechs console
2. The netcode fixed

People that are telling PGI how to manage their business are starting to **** me off cause they are doing it in their Mother's basement in their boxers. It taxes a lot of effort to manage a project this big. You have multiple people with different skill sets. You can't just throw extra people at the problem and think it will miraculously get fixed faster. Yeah lets put the texture artist on netcode that will work great

Then fire the bobbleheaders and get the netcoders.
After the netcode is running OK, fire then and bring the bobbleheaders back.

He would never complete a pass to a light mech with this net code.

Yeah... sounds like a nice company to work for.
And because there is no new content generated, that would produce income, the company might go bankrupt and we will never get our netcode fix.
You simply have to love those "easy" solutions.

True, they should not be working on the netcode, but they could continue to improve performance else wise by further improving meshes and optimizing LOD.

Yes, that is how coding work. It's like a chef making a dish. If we get 2 chefs, the dish would take half the time to finish, right? If we got 2 mechanics working on the car engine, we'd get it done twice as fast, right? Because mechanics are ghosts and they can phase through each other to work on the same engine. Just like programmers can totally code the same thing at the same time.
Please sit through a programming class first and try to debug your first project.

Don't take me seriously, I'm a troll.
My solution is not 'easy', you need to talk to your ex-bobbleheaders so they don't take an assult rifle and shoot at netcoders like USA way.

Done this already, just spawn more programmers.

Did i mention in my post anywhere that i wanted the graphics team to work on the netcode?
I simply wanted to know if the community would like a psy bobblehead, and if they want it enough to prioritize it over the netcode.
