i am back to not working... and this solution isn`t working for me either.

I have this problem regularly and it seems to be tied to my provider having problems with traffic routing to overseas (t-online, germany). If i launch the game using a VPN the patcher always opens with no problems...

i still have this problem. t-online is my ISP, too
