I should not have to deal with the net code issues. They had 5 months to figure them out. They had 5 months of make any progress on balance. Instead what I see is a sledge hammer being used to fix small problems.
It's been too long for anyone to take you seriously, man, except maybe your own bank.
Stop whining here and call your creditcard company, or go to your bank. PGI can't, and won't, give you your money back this long after you purchased founders.

They can't face any lawsuits as their product was rated highly by credible critics and your individual opinion isn't worth *****.

They never promised specifically a good product, they promised an unfinished product.
Also you purchased and got what you purchased already, no strings attached there. What you can use that product with is in your opinion sub par.
Also, they are in Canada.
You cannot claim false advertising, as it specifically said that the product is in beta, which in turn marks it as non-final.
Do you claim a lawsuit against nintendo due to one a game for one of their consoles wasn't up to your standards?

Sure. You can bring nintendo to small claim's over a bad game, just like you can do the same to steam, or anyone else. But 5 months after purchase? Not likely to fly.
Even the ancient greeks would snicker at this. This long after purchase, you could maybe talk your bank into it, but that's about it,

Spend large sums of money on court fees and suing them, get a refund. Then buy another game.
Rinse and repeat and it's free games for evar!

I mean unless you just want to be made fun of in General Discussion. If that's your thing then don't let me get in your way. We don't really have your money though. We have OUR money, but you can't have that.

Someone up there said it before. The game's FREE. Which means, no money is charged for the game. What he bought, was a subscription for premium time, and some mechs, and whatever else came with the package... all of which he got

I'm dubious you have any proof whatsoever that there are working bots for this game.
Prove me wrong...
There are working aimbots for the game. A quick google search will lead you to them. They aren't particularly good though. There's little you can do to stop 3rd party aimbots besides community solutions.
