Yeah but its still a beta and they should not be taking real money from anyone for anything in any permanent way untill the game is released in full. So his preorder for subscription time and mc should still be refundable.

I'm just glad I saw the writing on the wall and got my refund before open beta. As it stands right now the game is not worth paying for and I won't drop a dime until it is. I keep checking in and hoping but I keep seeing more disapointing setbacks

See, this is what you'd call an opinion. And that's fine, you're entitled to it.

But the law doesn't care what your opinion is. If PGI wants to grant people early access to a beta (like they did with the Founder's stuff), that's their right. You can't come in after the fact and say that it should be treated like a pre-order, when it was plainly advertised as early access to a BETA. That's nonsensical.

OP knew what he was getting into. He knew he was paying money for stuff in a game that was still in BETA, and therefore subject to problems in any and all areas of gameplay. You're doing nothing but muddying the waters with your pseudo-logical garbage.
