Unless I missed something, everything in the phase 3 matchmaking post had to do with 1v1.
How is it handling a team match?
Are elo scores added together and then put into your fancy functions to determine team percent chance of winning?
If so does everyone on a winning team get the same elo boost on a win even if they all have different scores?
Will it take into consideration when someone doesn't load and one team plays 7v8?
What about disconnects?
What if 2 people with 1700 elo are grouped up with a 600 elo guy? how is it going to match them up?

It possibly means it matches each player on each of the teams in a 1v1 way.
IE.
Team 1 Player 1 is matched against Team 2 Player 1. Player 2 on team 1 vs player 2 on team 2... etc etc etc....until an 8v8 is formed.
After a win or loss each players ranking changes based on that initial 1v1 matching.
Or after a win or loss it could add all the teams elo's together and then do the calcs, and then use that number to + or - the players rankings........
It doesn't really explain that part in the post from paul. (maybe you could add something to it if you read this paul ??
