very true.

I have 2 Stalkers. 1 runs 2 LRM 15s and 2 LRM 10s with Artemis and tag, DHS and 2 medium lasers with Endo Steel.

The second has DHS, Endo steel, 5 medium lasers and 5 SSRM 2 packs lol.

1 ranged, 1brawler.

The only reason LRMs are better now is because all the players that normally run D-DCs are running Stalkers so theres way less ECM.

I must say I agree LRM are back ,I cant say I love it but I am glad their back in play.
I put a LRM 20 on my founder Mech and with a Guss on the Night time City map it kicks A$$.
It looks like I be hugging the building again.

Is the new TAG range making a difference? I rarely use TAG anyway so I don't know if the buff has helped much yet.

Seriously, stalkers carry lrms more than any other mech now.

Heh, no they have more hard points but I doubt they can match the the Atlas DC with missile firepower (3 lrm 15 or 2 lrm 20 +lrm10) and ammo.

I can fit 4x LRM 20 on my Stalker 5S, that is all.

WOW, with how much ammo the DC can get up to 2,400 rounds yours?

with minimal expirimentation I had 1440 rounds. One salvo meant one kill for two people on the map. I know others were firing at them too though....

Its a deadly lrm boat till out of missile, then can hold its owns great!

Removing the cost of artemis ammo prob helps dust them off. Though since this patch eccentialy nurfed LRM+artemis and ECM are still very prominent I have the feeling we will be back to Call of Mechwarrior in no time.

Stalker=Seige Engine. I have yet to try out a solid LRM carrier version. I am having to much fun being a Laser/SRM boat or a Battlemaster at the moment!
