Cheap Methods To Get Us To Buy Camos? Really Pgi?

So I guess the standard camo spec of the Hunchback looked too good (I liked it), doesn't it?
PGI removed it and added a very simple and bleak replacement, so that players are more likely to BUY a new camo spec. They even were so lazy as to retain the old camo spec in the mech picture shown in the mechbay.
This is very very cheap, PGI.
Oh and in the process they also ruined the Founders Hunchback texture. Why do obvious bugs like that slip through? A simple look at all the founder mechs (and I bet many if not all PGI employees got all Founder mechs in their garage) would've revealed the broken cockpit texture.

I got three Hunchbacks and one Centurion. That's why.
well, look at it this way... on the plus side you can now re-colour your mechs how you want, instead of being stuck with 1 default scheme and pattern... there are more "free" colours and patterns coming both as promotional items and for Loyalty Points when you join a faction... the current system is just the first step on a path to many various and wonderful things

Well, I guess I can get over it. It's just a bit odd, because not only did they remove the (imho) good looking camo I used to know and like, but this also came with a general degredation of texture quality. This thing was high quality before the patch. Now its blurry and low-res as hell. Whether one liked the old texture or not, but technically it's worse.
Plus...I'm having a hard time getting over the Founder Hunchback texture glitch. It's my only Founder mech and I almost know they wont fix it over christmas. It will greet me every time I log into MWO until next year. This is a major oversight, not in terms of severity but in terms of "how the hell did they miss this???".
