i am getting 400 LESS xp per game and a whopping 150,000 - 175,000 LESS cbills. sadly this REDUCES my incentive to (play/spend money on) the game.

Dude I made at least 3 or 4 million today just casually playing, that's a 25% increase in earnings overall compared to the old economy.

Are you counting in repair bills with your less per game? Because I'm having a hard time believe you are getting that much less per game unless you were abusing the free 75% reload. I get less than I did before, but it really averages out after the fact that I no longer pay any repair or rearm costs and that I typically make more in losses. It's really evened out the economy.

be aware that when CW comes along in the next few months, there will be loyalty point bonuses giving you extra money
we are still in a pre v1.0 economy and it will change alot over the coming weeks and months

be patient and check back later!

on average including repair bills I am about the same as pre-patch, so either you've not calculated in RnR, or you were abusing the 75% system and running zombie wang

In my first hour playing, I earned ~900k with no Premium, Founders, or Hero. This was a huge improvement for me.

Play Assault if you want to see a similar amounts of cbills earned as in the previous patch. Avoid Conquest.

Part of playing assault is hoping your teammates and the other side realize that capping is useless now. Unfortunately, it only take a couple mechs still running for the cap to take away the earnings potential.

Yeah, I'm earing more cash now than before, and I'm really focusing on performing well rather than just play around and blast at things.

Eh, it doesn't matter as much if you get capped and lose as long as you personally get a couple kills or a few asists,

Did okay just ignoring most back cappers today and fighting the guys who wanted to fight.

My average C-bills per match went up from 105k to 115k. Seems alright to me. The only caveat is that premium / hero mech % won't be that much of a incentive anymore. Not that I've used it, but before the patch I was pondering about going for an Ilya, now I don't see the point.

Wow dude you must have been really going for the old "farming" tricks huh? what was it? afking with the odd cap win (while doing no damage)? because taking the no R&R into account I'm getting there about the same / if not a little more than previously. The new economy seems to be set up to hit the "farmers" in the crotch while giving a boost to everyone else, and everyone I have spoken to about this seems quite happy with their earnings.

Ergo, that makes me think you might be partial to putting on dungarees and wearing a straw hat.

How can you possible get 175k less than before?

Now you get about what? 120k or so?
plus r&r of say ~ 50k
plus your 175k

You were getting 300k + per match before?

I must have been playing the wrong game.

150,000 less C-bills per match, when you don't need to repair anymore?

I call bovinefeces.

Personally I'm getting a bit more money than I used to (even when I cheesed ammo and repairs!). I also seem to be getting quite a bit more XP.

Remember, you're being rewarded based on your performances.

If you were a good player but lost often (due mostly to PuGging), you're not being penalized because the matchmaker puts you with newbies, noobs and that one guy who lets his 5 year old play anymore. You do well, you earn a good amount.

That one sucky guy who happens to win all the time because he's always in a premade with his super-skilled friends? He's not getting free rides anymore. Just being on the winning team isn't enough anymore. You gotta earn your pay.

If you're finding the current situation unsatisfactory, you should probably get a better loadout or find better/more ways to contribute to your team.

Now:
80kish for a loss
120kish for a decent win.

Before:
85k for a loss.
140k for a win

Factor in the 40-100k repair bill.

I'm now making stacks of space ducats.

New economy is working fine by me. Glad to not worry about RnR costs anymore.
