It seems to be sorted for now and working fine.

While talking with Deutsche Telekom's they mentioned they see that other customers also complained already and investiagtions are ongoing - seems they have a good result now.

mwomercs.com is now fast and responsive and traceroute shows now drops until the hop "ms border1.te9-1-bbnet2.tor001.pnap.net [70.42.24.196]" - after that all is denied, but I think it's just the setting of the targets there that prevents tracert getting results after that hop.

I still get the session is lost error, though....yesterday two times in a row....so it's not resolved.

Ok everyone who is from germany and using the 'deutsche telekom' or a company which is having it's conntections related to 'deutsche telekom' should not wonder.

that issue is know because that company did make changes and so the connection isn't as good as it once was. telekom admited that they know this issue and that they are working on it.

As it is, yesterday there was a holiday and so alot of people were online and the traffic did rise and a lot of packages which are important for playing mwo were lost.

here it is already discussed enough and there are several posts related to that issue. if you want you may take a closer look :lol:

I had a few session losts and a ping of ~240 at the evening but sometimes I could log in.

Everything is fine again today. No single session lost yet. I got my 140 ping again and mwomercs.com is fast and responsive again

Mhh i'm not at Telecom, 1&1 is my provide but the reinstall fixed this issue for me...till now.

Hello, all.

"Session lost" error during the fight (not after it). My ISP is OK and I'm really sure my PC too.

Started the fight with constanlty pinging outer resource (just ping, no other network related software enabled), 100% packets was delivered, game session was lost.

I also have a laptop connected to the same router. Never experienced this issue on it.
I'm almost sure, that the problem is in game client, will try to reinstall now.



upd: Reinstall didn't help. Problem remains, need help.

upd2: Looks like to me it's solved. I disabled the anti virus system (KAV), problem disappeared (hope forever). The strange thing is that i use KAV at my laptop too...

Seems to be happening with alarming regularity to me, always when i'm in a Cata-4x. Never once experienced it in my other Mechs.

Direct Wired connection to the Modem, no AV style software running etc etc (CONNECTION IS FINE).

Same. I'm in NZ. Haven't seen this before, but I've been getting it for the past 10 minutes or so.

Getting same errors as reported in thread.
This only started since last patch.
Contacted my ISP, they did test an reported ok.
Firewal is disabled so is antivirus and no other programs runing.

Errors remain.

Login to website also presents either huge load times, or also time's out.
Error is most likely in your end PGIGP

I started getting this error today. Four times already. For me it happens during the match. First the game becomes very unresponsive and suddenly I find myself staring the login screen with an error message "The session was lost". Very frustrating.

Myself and my roommate were able to play together fine pre-patch. Post patch he can't load into a drop without getting the "session was lost" message. I load in as normal and we're a man down. This is with Cable 1 in the US, and I can't seem to figure out what the issue is. It's literally only with MWO that this occurs.

Could play normally until 1 AM CET. Logged in today at 1 PM again and getting a "The session was lost" a minute past login.

Deutsche Telekom AG, too.

Ok, since today I'm one of the 'glad' people who are struck by the 'session is lost' error.
Never experienced it before. Mostly after the fight ended, but the last time i was still
in spectator mode although dead.

Same here, getting 'session lost' shortly after logging in. Client seems to load twice, at least buttons like "social", "mechlab" etc. are not available once the client finishes the first loading phase and displays MC, C.bills + GXP.

Website is being unresponsive as well, dropping into a game (should it work at all) shows hilarious amounts of rubberbanding/weapon firing lag, once my cockpit UI would flash for the entire match (even when spectating other players) and sometimes pressing tab just shows an empty leaderbord.

same prob here since the last hour i try to connect and it dropped after seconds. No Downloads or Firewall Probs. Maybe theyre installing a new Patch?

Interessting... now i am online but all my Mechs have no Engine and no Weapons

same here....since this evening. i was online in the morning, all was pretty.

now i wanna login after work, login gives me 88 connection losts. after fps-bug, blackscreen or yellowscreen, no hud, ctd and other bugs, this is really a new feature....

your homepage also lags like lightmechs.

please fix those elemental gameraping bugs, otherwise ill get out my old mw2 and ill enjoy games from a time long ago, as they knew how to program cool games... :)
