As long as you don't mind a citizen of the St. Ives Compact join, you can have a new scout. What can i say...the compact was taken over, there are still loyal citizens here yearning to back in the Confederation. It is my hope to one day crush Hanse and his entire family underneath the foot of my raven.

We can always use another scout :)

Probably the city Preston. :D

Essentially every planet was called after something in real life. ^_^

I don't mind scouting. I rather enjoy it actually.

Also, I noticed that you were UK, Howling. Are you mostly UK or are there US TZ people there?

They are mostly British, but have a commander in USA. But since USA covers 7 time zones, even that may not be ideal for you.

So far we are mostly UK and EU but like Adridos said we do have a US commander who can run things that end and as we grow we might be able to create more lances due to time zone restrictions and members :D

I do wonder Howling, will we be able to have lance colors (with the Preston's lancer insignia of course)? Possibly a Dark Grey scheme with Dark Red accents?

Yes we can remain confident that US CENTRAL COMMAND has fallen under the watch of Grand Duke, Faithful Protector, Annointed Visir and Beacon of light to all who are lost, THE MITTANI.

I'm sure we can find people willing to command the EU lance of the preston lancers :(. or all 30 lances by that time...

I am interested in finding a Liao loyal unit, that aims to be capable of guided teamwork (using voice comunication), but is at the same time true to the Battletech lore and caters at least to some degree to roleplay to create a more immersive gaming experience (or at least does not redicule people that like to roleplay).

From what I read and have seen the Preston Lancers look promissing, especially with all the effort put into things like recruitment poster, uniform, rank insignia and Mech colorscheme.

In your honest opinion would the Preston Lancers be for me the right unit?

As I stated before Preston's Lancers does not recognise The Mittani or Lowtax and has no affiliation with either. We serve House Liao.
