Should Ecm Generate Heat?

Should ECM generate heat while active? This could add an extra element of strategy to its use, as you would not be able to keep it up indefinitely and fire your weapons as often / at the same time.

For example, a horde of ECM lights would not be able to continuously swarm their enemy without backing off to cool down, or they could keep their ECM up but would require fire support from other friendlies.

If it wants to keep it's null signature system style cloaking then yes it should. it should also take up more crits and weigh more to account for the fact that it is also a null signature system.

Should just run you hotter like having your engine at full speed does. Shouldnt "add" heat.
